Lgs. 18.08.2000 n. 267;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONVOCA IL CONSIGLIO COMUNALE\u00a0IN SEDUTA STRAORDINARIA DI I\u00b0 CONVOCAZIONE\u00a0GIOVEDI\u2019 03 FEBBRAIO 2022 ORE 20,30<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>per procedere alla discussione e approvazione dei seguenti punti all\u2019<strong>ORDINE DEL GIORNO<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>COMUNICAZIONI DEL SINDACO<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>MOZIONE SULLA SITUAZIONE GESTIONALE, ECONOMICA E FINANZIARIA DELL\u2019ASP DON CAVALLETTI E SULLA DECISIONE IN MERITO AGLI ASSETTI FUTURI PRESENTATA DAL GRUPPO CONSILIARE DI MINORANZA \u201cCARPINETI CIVICA\u201d PROT. PEC N. 9725 DEL 22\/12\/2022<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>MOZIONE URGENTE SUL DISAVANZO MATURATO NELL\u2019ANNO 2020 DALL\u2019ASP DON CAVALLETTI E LA MANCATA RICHIESTA DI FINANZIAMENTO REGIONALE PER L\u2019ANNO 2021.
