CONVOCA IL CONSIGLIO COMUNALE <\/strong>IN SEDUTA STRAORDINARIA \u00a0\u00a0DI I\u00b0 CONVOCAZIONE<\/strong><\/p>\n

  3. VARIAZIONE AL BILANCIO DI PREVISIONE 2022\/2024 \u00a0ASSESTAMENTO GENERALE E PRESA D’ATTO DEL PERMANERE DEGLI EQUILIBRI AI SENSI DELL’ART. 175, COMMA 8, DEL D.LGS 267\/2000;<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. APPROVAZIONE CONVENZIONE PER LA CONFERMA <\/strong>DEL CONFERIMENTO ALL’UNIONE MONTANA DEI COMUNI DELL’APPENNINO REGGIANO DELLA FUNZIONE FONDAMENTALE DI POLIZIA LOCALE DA PARTE DEI COMUNI DI CASTELNOVO NE’ MONTI – CARPINETI – CASINA – TOANO – VETTOVENTASSO – VILLA MINOZZO; <\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. APPROVAZIONE CONVENZIONE PER LA CONFERMA DEL CONFERIMENTO ALL\u2019UNIONE MONTANA DEI COMUNI DELL\u2019APPENNINO REGGIANO DELLA FUNZIONE FONDAMENTALE DI PROGETTAZIONE E GESTIONE DEL SISTEMA LOCALE DEI SERVIZI SOCIALI ED EROGAZIONE DELLE RELATIVE PRESTAZIONI AI CITTADINI, (ART. 7 CO. 3 LR 21\/2012, SUCC. MODIF., E LETT. E ART.14 COMMI 27 E 28 DEL D.L. 78\/2010 E SMI.
