\u00a0<\/strong>CONVOCA IL CONSIGLIO COMUNALE <\/strong>IN SEDUTA ORDINARIA \u00a0\u00a0DI I\u00b0 CONVOCAZIONE<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>GIOVEDI\u2019\u00a0 27 MARZO \u00a02025\u00a0 ORE 20,00 <\/u><\/strong>presso la sede Municipale per procedere alla discussione e approvazione dei seguenti punti all\u2019ordine del giorno:<\/p>\n

  2. APPROVAZIONE SCHEMA DI ATTO DI ACCORDO AI SENSI DELL\u2019ARTICOLO 15 LEGGE 7 AGOSTO 1990 N. 241 TRA COMUNE DI CARPINETI, AZIENDA PUBBLICA DI SERVIZI ALLA PERSONA (ASP) “DON CAVALLETTI”, AZIENDA SPECIALE CONSORTILE APPENNINO REGGIANO, COMUNE DI CASTELNOVO NE\u2019 MONTI;<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. APPROVAZIONE CONVENZIONE PER LA CONFERMA DEL CONFERIMENTO ALL’UNIONE MONTANA DEI COMUNI DELL’APPENNINO REGGIANO DELLE FUNZIONI SUAP (ART. 7, COMMA 3, L.R. 21\/2012 SUCC. MODIF., DECRETO LEGGE N. 78\/2010, ART. 14); \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. APPROVAZIONE CONVENZIONE PER LA CONFERMA DEL CONFERIMENTO ALL’UNIONE MONTANA DEI COMUNI DELL’APPENNINO REGGIANO DELLE FUNZIONI DI PROTEZIONE CIVILE (ART. 7 CO.3 L. R. 21\/2012, SUCC. MODIF. E D.L. 78\/2010 ART 14); <\/strong><\/li>\n
  5.
