AVVISO DI MANIFESTAZIONE D\u2019INTERESSE PER SERVIZIO DI SGOMBERO DELLA NEVE LUNGO LE STRADE, VIALI E PIAZZE COMUNALI NEL TERRITORIO DEL COMUNE DI CASTELNOVO NE\u2019 MONTI PER IL BIENNIO 2024-2026 PER I LOTTI \u201c3-5-19\u201d PER SUCCESSIVO AFFIDAMENTO TRAMITE PROCEDURA NEGOZIATA.
\nSI RENDE NOTO
\nVista la determinazione a contrattare del Responsabile del Settore Lavori Pubblici n. 151 del 07\/10\/2024 per l\u2019espletamento della procedura di gara negoziata previa manifestazione d\u2019interesse, di cui all\u2019oggetto;
\nIl Comune di Castelnovo ne\u2019 Monti, con il presente avviso intende:
\n– effettuare un indagine di mercato per l\u2019individuazione degli operatori economici da invitare alla procedura negoziata o affidamento diretto per l\u2019affidamento del SERVIZIO DI SGOMBERO DELLA NEVE LUNGO LE STRADE, VIALI E PIAZZE COMUNALI NEL TERRITORIO DEL COMUNE DI CASTELNOVO NE\u2019 MONTI PER IL BIENNIO 2024-2026 PER I LOTTI \u201c3-5-19\u201d, ai sensi dell\u2019art. 1 comma 2 lett. B della Legge 11 settembre 2020 n. 120, degli art. 3, comma 1 lettera uuu) e art. 76 e 50 del D.lgs. 36\/2023, sulla base del criterio del prezzo pi\u00f9 basso ai sensi dell\u2019art. 108 comma 3 del D.Lgs. 36\/2023;
\n– acquisire manifestazioni di interesse alla partecipazione alla procedura negoziata o affidamento diretto, che verr\u00e0 espletata in MODALITA\u2019 TELEMATICA, ai sensi dell\u2019art. 25 del D.Lgs. 36\/2023, su piattaforma di approvvigionamento digitale.
